LLPublish.com WRITER'S GUIDELINES:

Our website is supported by four important groups of people: our Investors, our Authors, our Advertisers, and our Readers. We are grateful to each of you and hope you are pleased with our service.

CONTENT SUBJECT AND FORMATS

We will accept most subject matter that is presented well, with a few exceptions. We do not publish erotica or any form of pornography, nor do we publish anything based on racial animosity or disparity. We welcome material with adult situations, but reserve the right to reject material that strikes us as hateful or salacious, or without merit.

FICTION: We welcome submissions for short story, novelette, and full length novels. Send an eMail Query for consideration, with "Fiction Query" in the subject box to start a dialog with one of our Fiction editors.

NON-FICTION: We welcome submissions for magazine articles in any of our pages; see below for more detail.

FORMAT: We prefer submissions in "Rich Text Format" (.rtf) files. Any photo submissions should be in .jpg format. Anything else should be discussed with your assigned editor.

PUBLICATION COMMITMENT: You, as the author, retain ownership of your intellectual property before, during, and after publication with LLPublish.com and you can at any time request to have your published material removed from our pages. Should we receive such a request, we will remove the subject text and photos upon or before the next scheduled update (usually at the beginning of the next month).

Published fiction, non-fiction, and editorial material will generally remain available to readers as archived text for a period of two years from the month it first appeared. We may request an extension of time from the author if we deem that request to be in the best interest of our readers.

PAYMENT AMOUNTS are determined individually, based on the material.

PAYMENT TERMS are as follows:

All payments are calculated and reconciled quarterly. Amounts owed less than the $10.00 minimum disbursement amount will be forwarded to the next quarter.

Stipend Payments are recognized as owed at the time of publication. Readership Royalty Payments are recognized as owed on the 90th day after purchase by the reader, allowing LLPublish.com sufficient time to reconcile any "Returns" received.

Returns are defined as requests for refund from the reader who purchased access to the material. Reconciling the return is defined as addressing the request to determine if the offending factor is intellectual (requiring a refund from the author's royalty account) or technical (requiring an extension of access or a refund from LLPublish.com).

Payments due are rendered either by deposits to the author's designated PayPal account, or by paper check sent through the US Postal Service to the address designated by the author.

MAGAZINE ARTICLE SUBMISSIONS (FREE READERSHIP)

While most of our homepage magazine articles are staff written, the pages of Wisdom Path, Food for Life, and Struggling Authors are open to free-lance authors. We welcome submissions from our visitors and member readers.

Read the magazine pages to become familiar with the subject matter and the tone of presentation. If you have a new idea, please tell us about it. We will work with you. Send an eMail Query with "Non-fiction Query" in the subject box, and one of us will personally return the contact.

Preferred article length is 300-1200 words. Any "stated facts" in non-fiction articles must be accompanied by a verifiable resource.

There is no payment for articles published in the Free Readership areas at this time, but published articles will include a byline.

SUBMISSIONS FOR MEMBERS ONLY AREA AND PURCHASED READERSHIP

The paid readership areas currently include two categories. There are "Members Only" magazine pages available only to our paid-subscriber membership, and there are full length texts available to visitors and members as 'Purchased" reading access. At this time we do not publish downloadable texts for offline reading.

Preferred article length for the Members Only pages is 300-2500 words. Any "stated facts" in the article must be accompanied by verifiable resources.

Payment at this time for articles published in the Members Only areas is by stipend that might be as low as half-cent per word, or in the form of free membership for a period of time.

       Members and visitors to LLPublish.com are invited to print, for their personal use only, the information found in any of the Free Area pages, but are expressly prohibited from using the information and/or materials for any public use and/or commercial purposes without prior agreement from the Publisher. While we understand and encourage sharing information with friends and family, we respectfully ask that our members and visitors share the website address, not the printed materials.

       All information contained in non-Free Areas is copyrighted by the respective author of the material, and by law may not be reproduced or shared by any means without written permission from that author. Anyone wishing to obtain such permission should include the request in an email to Info@LLPublish.com with the name of the specific material you wish to use. Please make your request far enough in advance of your need, to allow us time to contact the Author and receive an answer for you. Turn around time can be anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks.
